2. Once all forms have been submitted and processed*, you will receive an email starting October 16, 2024 at 9 am PST with a link to the reservations website.

*It takes our team 48 hours to process all forms. If you would like to sign up when we open for reservations on October 16^th, you must submit all forms by 9 am on October 14^th.

2. Email [email protected] verification of your funding from your regional center (this can be an email from the service coordinator or a copy of the spending plan). Include any information that you have about which regional center you work with, and who will be providing payment.
3. Once all forms and your funding verification email have been submitted and processed*, you will receive an email starting October 16, 2024 at 9 am PST with a link to the reservations website and a discount code to reserve lessons without payment.

*It takes our team 14 days to process all regional center participants. If you would like to sign up when we open for reservations on October 16^th, you must submit all forms by 9 am on October 2^nd.

3. Once all forms and your financial assistance application have been submitted and processed*, you will receive an email starting October 16, 2024 at 9 am PST with a link to the reservations website and a discount code to reserve discounted or fully-funded lessons.

*It takes our team 7 days to process all financial assistance applications. If you would like to sign up when we open for reservations on October 16^th, you must submit all forms by 9 am on October 9^th.
