Lesson Changes – Dependent on availability
- 31+ Days Before Lesson: $15 change fee per lesson
- 30-3 Days Before Lesson: $25 change fee per lesson
- Within 48 hours: No changes and no refund
Lesson Cancellations
- 31+ Days Before Lesson: Full refund minus $25 admin fee.
- 3-30 Days Before Lesson: 50% Refund
- Withing 48 Hours of Lesson Start Time: No Refund

Failure to pay admin fees will affect future ability to sign up using Regional Center or SDP funding.

- Within 48 hours: $30 change fee, to be paid by participant
Failure to pay admin fees will affect future financial assistance.
If the roads are open and the resort is open, then we are open! Regardless of weather! If you see weather in the forecast that you think will affect your ability to participate, you must cancel in advance, according to the above policies.
Full refund only if:
- The road you drive to get to Achieve Tahoe is closed.
- Access to Achieve Tahoe, the resort, or North Lake Tahoe is closed.
- The lifts you would use for your lesson are closed.
- Achieve Tahoe cancels your lesson.
- *If your selected resort is closed, and another resort we operate at is open, we may offer to move your lesson there.
