Not so long ago, Achieve Tahoe had the privilege of hosting Anthem Winter Ski Fest, a 3-day winter ski camp in Tahoe for Veterans with disabilities sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Omar Jaber attended the event and this is what he had to say about his experience:

“Thank You for the wonderful opportunity that you gave us, you truly have a generous spirit! The accommodations were extremely good, camp was an extraordinary experience for me. I was honored to ski down the mountain with you, the other veterans, coaches, and volunteers at Anthem Winter Ski Fest. Rene was an awesome ski instructor during the week and my skiing just got better. The Anthem group were amazing too. I had a wonderful time out there in Tahoe with you all.”
