1. Fill out the Achieve Tahoe participant form, liability releases 1-4, and the Northstar Waiver.

   3. Northstar Waiver (all participants are required to complete and submit this release via email, even if you don't plan to take lessons there)
2. Once all forms have been submitted and processed*, you will receive an email with a link to the reservations website.  Reservations will open October 8th, 2025 at 12pm PST.

*It takes our team 48 hours to process all forms. If you would like to sign up when we open for reservations on October 8^th, you must submit all forms by 9am on October 6^th.

2. Email [email protected] verification of your funding from your regional center (this can be an email from the service coordinator or a copy of the spending plan). Include any information that you have about which regional center you work with, and who will be providing payment.
3. Once all forms and your funding verification email have been submitted and processed*, you will receive an email with a link to the reservations website.  Reservations will open October 8th, 2025 at 12pm PST.

*It takes our team 7 days to process all regional center participants. If you would like to sign up when we open for reservations on October 8^th, you must submit all forms by 9am on October 1^st.
